Welcome to Rated R Luxury Charters! Before you book a charter with us, please take a moment to read and understand the following terms and conditions. By booking a charter with Rated R Luxury Charters, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Booking Confirmation:
- To secure a charter, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the charter departure date.
- Charter Cancellation:
- Cancellations made by the client are subject to the following refund policy:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the charter date: Deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation within 30 days of the charter date: No refund will be provided.
- In the event that Rated R Luxury Charters cancels the charter due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather conditions), a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
- Cancellations made by the client are subject to the following refund policy:
- Charter Modifications:
- Requests for modifications to the charter date, time, or duration are subject to availability and approval by Rated R Luxury Charters.
- Modifications made within 72 hours of the scheduled charter may incur additional fees.
- Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests must adhere to all safety instructions provided by the crew and follow maritime regulations.
- Any damages caused to the yacht or its equipment due to negligence or intentional actions by the guests will be the responsibility of the booking client.
- Liability:
- Rated R Luxury Charters and its crew members will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the charter.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and must exercise caution while on board the yacht.
- Force Majeure:
- Rated R Luxury Charters shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, or labor disputes.
- Insurance:
- Rated R Luxury Charters carries insurance coverage for the yacht. However, guests are responsible for their personal travel and health insurance coverage.
- Alcohol and Drugs:
- Rated R Luxury Charters promotes responsible alcohol consumption. Excessive alcohol consumption or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on board the yacht.
- Privacy Policy:
- Rated R Luxury Charters respects the privacy of its clients and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent.
- Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rated R Luxury Charters operates.
